Another Apple Converting customer needed help. They were purchasing additional inline packaging equipment, and needed to qualify laminated materials for both their equipment and their packaging needs. Apple visited them, with the equipment manufacturer, provided several combinations of trial rolls for their use, and still continues to support the customer with new stock combinations. In short, Apple offers its solution-oriented approach to all customers during all phases of package engineering.

DCP - Lohja
DCP-Lohja Inc. approached us with the need to slit their printed nylon camouflage tape and wind it onto rolls for a new product. During the discussion with them, it became obvious that this product would be a "space waster" if it were on a typical round core. We developed method to solve this problem using a unique plastic core and specially modified equipment to meet their needs. The end result was a nicer looking package that would actually fit in a pocket!

Apple Converting also worked with the staff at DCP to coordinate art and design approvals on blister cards and case cartons. As a result of our ability to do contract packaging, we provide them with assembled, carded items packed in cartons and ready to ship. All that they have to do is provide us with their material and we do the rest.
